Heirloom Inspired Gold and Platinum Engagement and Wedding Ring

Manaf wanted to make a bespoke engagement ring and wedding band for his bride Jen. She wanted quite a large ring with a broad band. Jen was also very interested in lab grown diamonds, which are popular among couples who are environmentally and socially conscious. The appearance and structure of lab-grown and mined diamonds are the exact same, the only difference between them is their origin. Jen wanted a conflict free stone so she was very passionate about having these.

She wanted a set of rings that fit together snuggly, she loved the combination of platinum and yellow gold together so they settled on a bimetal colour. Sam was given a description of Jens’ grandmother’s ring which had been lost, from this description she started creating designs. Jen wanted to see two different options, one organic and round and the other geometric and angular, hence we ended up with the X design.

Materials: 18ct Yellow Gold, Platinum and brilliant cut diamonds.
