COVID 19 UPDATE

Due to the COVID 19 Virus there may be a slight delay in shipping times. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to support SAMHAM Design during these uncertain times.

DISPATCH TIME

All jewellery is handmade by Sam Hamilton and her team – please allow between 3-6 weeks before dispatch. However, if time is more pressing please contact hello@samhamdesign.com or 07459 784131 and we will do everything we can to help.

All deliveries need to be signed for in person. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. If nobody is there to receive your package a card will be left providing you with the choice to collect your parcel from your local Post Office Depot or else have the package delivered at a later date.

UK ORDERS

Delivery is free in the UK via the Royal Mail’s special delivery service. Once dispatched, this will usually be next day delivery. If you would prefer to collect your piece from the SAMHAM London studio please contact hello@samhamdesign.com

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

For deliveries outside of the UK SAMHAM uses the Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service. This service is fully trackable and usually reaches its destination within 5-10 working days.

For deliveries outside of the UK, please note that you will be responsible for all customs charges in the country of destination.
