Returns Policy
You can return your jewellery purchase within 30 days of delivery.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund of any purchase made through the website, within 30 days of delivery. Provided it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Please contact hello@samhamdesign.com and a postal returns address will be provided upon receipt of the email.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that are made to order, commissioned (bespoke) or customised as these pieces have been made especially for you. These will only be accepted if they are structurally faulty.
We recommend that you send the items via Royal Mail Special Delivery – we cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case of any issues.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods – it may take your bank longer to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing card. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
EXCHANGES
Please contact hello@samhamdesign.com stating which items you wish to exchange and why.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items will only be accepted if they are sent back in their original packaging, in the same condition as you received them. They must be sent back within 30 days. We will not accept any items that have been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the items are faulty.
